Requirements:
- Relevant sales experience from 1 year in outsourcing/outstaffing IT companies;
- Understanding of the basic software development process;
- Experience with LinkedIn and email campaigns;
- Understanding and experience in modern B2B sales processes;
- Cool presentation skills for comfortable and effective communication;
- The level of English is Upper-Intermediate and above.
Duties:
- Proactively process all sales requests received through lead generation and other companies in order to expand the client base and further sign the contract;
- Analyzing campaigns, determining customer needs, working with objections, etc.;
- Identify and qualify potential clients on exchanges such as freelancer.com;
- Leading clients from the acquaintance stage to the transfer to the cloister;
- Writing personalized letters and templates;
- Pipedrive management work;
