Expected Qualifications:
- Education in philology/translation
- Relevant teaching certifications
- Previous experience living or working in an English-speaking environment
- Experience working with corporate clients, preferably in the IT/business field
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver engaging English language lessons tailored to diverse student needs
- Utilize innovative teaching methodologies and resources
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback
- Collaborate with other instructors to enhance teaching strategies and materials
- Contribute to the development of curriculum and learning materials
- Facilitate large group meetups for advanced levels
- Keep accurate records of student attendance, performance, and assessments
- Part-time availability to manage a workload of approximately 3 groups with varying levels (2 sessions per week) and one weekly advanced-level meetup
